Architect Cho Sung-Ryong refuses to be called 'remodelling,' or maybe even 'adative reuse,' for this recent work on a modern building in Neungdong Childrens' Park that were originally designed by the late modernist architect Na Sang Jin. He calls it 'regenration,' becasue it adds new values of historical and cultural meanings as well as aesthetical merits.
